Track And Field App Maker Guilty Of RDNH Trying To Snag RunSmart.com

RunSmart Online, LLC, the maker of a training app for track and field athletes and coaches, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking after using the UDRP process to grab the domain, runsmart.com, from its registrant, Intuit. According to the UDRP filing, it appears RunSmart Online represented itself in the UDRP action.

David S. Safran, the solo panelist ruling on the case, for the National Arbitration Forum, handed up his ruling of RDNH on February 6, 2024.
