Textron Affiliate Guilty Of RDNH Trying To Steal Two Domains

A single-member panel at the National Arbitration Forum has found the affiliate of a U.S.-based aviation company guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for trying to use the UDRP process to steal hiobeech.com and bayareabeech.com. Panelist Sebastian M W Hughes handed up the RDNH ruling against Textron Innovations, Inc. on June 2, 2024, after the affiliate of Textron, Inc. failed in their attempt to invoke an accrual of rights for all domains with the name Beech.

The respondent in the case, Mike Branagan, owns and operates a flight school and aircraft inspection service in Northern California.
