Norwegian Tech Company Hit With RDNH Trying To Grab ElementLogic.com

A Norway-based digital memory and storage company has been found guilty of abusing the UDRP process to force the transfer of the domain elementlogic.com. Element Logic, AS, which changed its name in 2009 from the former Element Storage Systems, AS, was found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking by a single-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization. The domain name, itself, was first registered in 2003.

The panelist, Andrew D. S. Lothian, handed up his RDNH ruling on December 11, 2023.
