The Spain-based production company, Wanda Films, S.L., has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking after attempting to use the UDRP process to force the transfer of the domain wandafilm.com from its current owner, a Chinese holding company that operates publicly as Wanda Film.
A three-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization, composed of members Sebastian M.W. Hughes, Iris Quadrio, and Roger Staub, handed up their RDNH ruling against Wanda Films, S.L. on August 31, 2024.
