The Jig Is Up As Brit Company Guilty Of UDRP Trying To Snatch GigPig.com

A UK-based company has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking after a sole panelist found the company GigPig, Ltd. has abused the UDRP process in order to hijack the domain gigpig.com.

The domain is owned by a Korean company called Gigpig, Inc.,  and was originally registered in September 2001.

Kathryn Lee was the only panelist to hear the case; she handed up her UDRP ruling on July 8, 2024.
