A close Italian family operating a marble and stone business since 1903 has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for its attempt to use the UDRP process to force a transfer of the domain alimonti.com. A three-member panel of the Czech Arbitration Court handed up the ruling against Alimonti S.r.l. on September 2, 2024.
The panel members included Alan Limbury, Gregor Kleinknecht and Douglas Isenberg.
