French Company Found Guilty Of RDNH In Effort To Hijack KeyLodge.com

French cloud software firm Lotus SAS has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for using the UDRP process to attempt to steal the domain keylodge.com. The domain was originally registered in April 2000.

Adam Taylor, the lone panelist to hear the case at the World Intellectual Property Organization, handed up a ruling of RDNH on July 2, 2024.
