Case Number: CAC-UDRP-107143
Complainant: Melisa Martinovic and STREXO Safety & Compliance, LLC
Represented by:
STREXO Safety & Compliance, LLC, which claims on its LinkedIn page to partner “with leaders in business and society to tackle their most toughest challenges and seize their largest opportunities”, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking by the Czech Arbitration Court for attempting to use the UDRP process to steal the domain lemeilleur.com. The domain name, le-meilleur.com, as also in the complaint, but the panel removed that domain from the case, without prejudice.
Regarding the domain lemeilleur.com, however, STREXO attempted to use a 2024 trademark to enforce an alleged accrued right to a 24 year old domain name. Lemeilleur.com was registered in 2001.
A sole panelist of the Arbitration Center for Internet Disputes, Igor Motsnyi, handed up a ruling of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking against STREXO on January 27, 2025.
