Case Number: NAF 2113352
Complainant: Cybernautic, Inc.
Represented by: David M. Van Allen
An Illinois-based company that claims to have been in the field of website design and development since 1999 has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking. The RDNH ruling was handed up against Cybernautic, Inc., by a single-member panel of the National Arbitration Forum, after the company used the UDRP process to try to acquire the domain cybernautics.com.
In his ruling, panelist David H. Bernstein cited the filing as “frivilous”, and one that asserts unsupported facts that work “conveniently” in the complainant’s favor. The RDNH ruling was handed up on October 14, 2024.
