Bienstock, of the New Jersey law firm of Scarinci Hollenbeck, represented the rock band Simple Plan in its effort to take the domain simpleplan.com from its current owner, who won the domain in a GoDaddy auction in 2021. A three-member panel of the National Aribitration Forum handed up a ruling of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking against Simple Plan on January 4, 2022.
