Riccardo Ciullo, an parnter with the IntLaw, located in Barcelona, Spain, represented the Swiss company Redgrass SA in that company’s attempt to use the UDRP process to hijack the domain redgrass.com. A three member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization found Redgrass SA guilty of what one-panelist called “one of the most egregious” cases of reverse domain name hijacking. The decision was handed up September 5, 2022.
According to the INTLAW.eu website, Ciullo is director of the Intellectual Property department at the firm.
